| Perfluoroalkoxyor PFA (comonly known as the soluble PTFE), it basically retained the properties of PTFE. Such as outstanding high&low temperature resistance, chemical stability, electrical insulation, self-lubrication, non-sticky and high mechanical strength properties. It differs from the PTFE Resins in that it is melt-processable using conventional injection molding and screw Extrusion techniques. It's with good folding and cracking resistance, and the mechanical Strength is around 1.6times of PTFE or more. |
