Key Performance Features of PFA Rod:

• High lubricity: Similar friction coefficient to PTFE
• Non-adhesive: Almost all substances do not adhere to the surface of PFA, even very thin films exhibit excellent non-adhesive properties.
• Corrosion resistance: PFA exhibits strong chemical stability and is inert to most chemicals, acids, alkalis, water, and various organic solvents.
• High and low-temperature resistance: PFA maintains its electrical insulation properties even at high temperatures ranging from -200°C to +260°C.

Perfluoroalkoxyor PFA (comonly known as the soluble PTFE), it basically retained the properties of PTFE.
Such as outstanding high&low temperature resistance, chemical stability, electrical insulation, self-lubrication, non-sticky and high mechanical strength properties. It differs from the PTFE Resins in that it is melt-processable using conventional injection molding and screw Extrusion techniques.
