Product Description
Perfluoroalkoxyor PFA (comonly known as the soluble PTFE), it basically retained the properties of PTFE.
Such as outstanding high&low temperature resistance, chemical stability, electrical insulation, self-lubrication, non-sticky and high mechanical strength properties. It differs from the PTFE Resins in that it is melt-processable using conventional injection molding and screw Extrusion techniques. It's with good folding and cracking resistance, and the mechanical Strength is around 1.6times of PTFE or more.
 

 

PFA physical properties
1. Perfluoropropyl perfluoroethylene ether and polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer. Compared with polytetrafluoroethylene, the properties of the resin may be more than ordinary thermoforming direct processing
2. Its creep resistance and compressive strength are better than PTFE, high tensile strength, elongation up to 100-300%, good dielectric properties and excellent radiation resistance, high flame retardant,
3. Long-term use temperature -80-200 degrees, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, all chemical corrosion resistance of the pad, friction coefficient in plastic, and good electrical performance, its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature.

PFA
It is a copolymer of a small amount of perfluoropropyl perfluorovinyl ether and polytetrafluoroethylene. The melt adhesion is enhanced, the viscosity of the solution is decreased, and the properties of the polytetrafluoroethylene have no change compared with that of polytetrafluoroethylene. The resin can be directly processed into products by ordinary thermoplastic forming methods.
PTFE
