PFA tubes, rods, and fittings are manufactured using imported PFA resin, offering excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, resistance to cracking, and good transparency. Compared to other fluoropolymer tubes, PFA has higher polymer purity and a higher continuous operating temperature.
All fluoroplastic products can be customized to specific dimensions.

PFA forming and processing
PFA resin includes emulsion, powder, granule and other forms, the difference is that the melting point of pfa is 290~312ºC, the melting finger is within the range of 0.8-30g/10min, the molding temperature is between 350~410ºC, and the pfa resin is used in molding, extrusion molding, injection molding and other processing processes
When the melt finger of PFA extrusion molding is greater than 3.0g/10min, it can be processed by extrusion molding. The process and equipment of PFA extrusion molding can be used in common with the process and equipment of polyperfluorinated ethylene  (FEP). When the melt finger of PFA product is in the range of 0.8~3.0g/10min, the molecular weight is relatively high and the viscosity is large. It is not easy to flow, and it is suitable for manufacturing molding by molding injection molding melting finger in the range of 16~30g/10min, which requires the production of various complex shapes of parts such as aerospace industry, electronic and electrical parts, medical chemical testers and other purposes
