1. Perfluoropropyl perfluoroethylene ether and polytetrafluoroethylene copolymer. Compared with polytetrafluoroethylene, the properties of the resin may be more than ordinary thermoforming direct processing 2. Its creep resistance and compressive strength are better than PTFE, high tensile strength, elongation up to 100-300%, good dielectric properties and excellent radiation resistance, high flame retardant, 3. Long-term use temperature -80-200 degrees, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, all chemical corrosion resistance of the pad, friction coefficient in plastic, and good electrical performance, its electrical insulation is not affected by temperature. |
When choosing the right fluoropolymer for your process, consider some significant performance differences between the two fluoropolymers. The difference in alkoxy substituents allows PFA to be fused by conventional injection molding and screw extrusion techniques, while PTFE cannot. The PFA is more flexible, but has a lower flexural life, so it cannot withstand the ability to fold repeatedly. PTFE has slightly higher heat resistance, but is lacking in comparison to fluidity, creep resistance, and thermal stability. The melting points of PFA and PTFE are 260°C and 327°C, respectively. Although PFA has better salt spray resistance, water absorption and weather resistance have a greater impact on PFA than PTFE. Finally, the most significant difference between the two is that the dielectric strength of PFA is 3-4 times that of PTFE. |
Support customization: The product is non-standard customization, if necessary, please send the specifications to customer service Exquisite workmanship: All products are strictly tested and selected materials are durable and stable in performance Strong and durable: tensile resistance, wear resistance, low temperature resistance, high corrosion stability Strict material selection: low friction coefficient, good self-lubrication, high strength wear-resistant material |
PFA rod is widely used in various applications such as corrosion-resistant and sealing components, anti-adhesive and transparent parts, insulation for capacitors, corrosion-resistant water pump heads, valves, fittings, sealing components, high-temperature sealing components, corrosion-resistant parts, wear-resistant and friction-reducing components, insulation components, and medical device parts. |
